Everything DiSC Workplace®

Everything DiSC Workplace® is a classroom training and personalized learning experience that can benefit every person in an organization – regardless of title or position, department, or function – in building more productive and effective relationships at work. It teaches participants to understand themselves and others, while learning to appreciate the different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the workplace.

With personalized insights and actionable strategies, participants learn how to adapt to the style of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of the workplace. This workshop offers two assessment options: the full DiSC Profile, available at an additional cost per participant, or a shorter, in-house assessment of the four DiSC communication styles, provided at no additional charge. The shorter version helps participants identify and understand their primary and secondary communication styles.

Effective Communication & The Four DiSC Styles

This dynamic and interactive workshop equips participants with the essential communication skills needed to build strong relationships, enhance collaboration, and navigate workplace interactions with confidence. By integrating key principles of effective communication with insights from the DiSC model, participants will develop a deeper understanding of their personal communication style and how to adapt to others for improved teamwork and productivity.

Participants will explore the foundations of effective communication, including active listening, verbal and non-verbal cues, emotional intelligence, and strategies for handling difficult conversations. They will also complete a mini-DiSC assessment to identify their unique communication style. Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, they will learn how different DiSC styles impact interactions and how to adjust their approach to foster stronger workplace relationships.
